Big Slider Image Blurry

I'v seen a similar post here before but there was not much information about the solution.
When I upload my slider image(s) in high quality they get blurry (=low resolution) on the slider.
It's like the images are automatticaly resized while uploading, and only when I use the pics on the Big Slider.
All the other pictures on the site are ok.
Can you help me please? Thank you

It looks like the slider picture was pointed to some resized url of the pic
I solved it myself by changing, in customizer, this resized url of the picture into the high resolution url
Thx anyway
