Lead Form Builder Pro - multiple issues

HI,

We have two issues with a form;
1. The form submits via email and stores in database ok however it will neither page redirect or show success message. Because of which for a user it looks like it hasnt sent when infact it has.
I have noticed within the browser inspector that a javascript error is thrown up on submit (see attached).

2. We have turned off captcha.
If captcha is turned on then it wont even send the form.
We created the keys with v2, does this now need to be v3?

This issue is logged to our dev team, They are working on it.

Soon it will be resolved in next update.
