"load more posts" button problems

1. If I select Viaggiare>Europa>Isola d'irlanda from the main menu and I press the "Load More Posts" button at the bottom I see off topic posts. While if I select the "Irlanda" tag on the side bar everything works properly. Can you make Isola d'Irlanda page work?

2. How can I modify (if it's possible) the "NOT FOUND" page of the theme? I'd like to add a text in 2 or 3 languages.
