Top Store Pro - Big Feature

I followed the guide to set the big feature image but nothing is appearing. It only shows No Products Found. I assumed that after setting the featured on each camera that they would then appear in the no products found box. I'm assuming I am making a small mistake. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, with the lifetime membership. Are we suppose to receive the elite elementor plugin?
