Up sell product div not showing up

Hi!

I tried checking and unchecking Customize > Woocommerce > Single Product "Up sell", "Cross sell". But the up sell div not showing up still.

Can somebody help me?

Yes, I know about that, but I need a pop-up section after the user clicked on the "add to basket" button. Or do I need to install a plugin for that?

Hello there,

Actually in theme we have given feature that when a user click on "Add To Cart" it automatically shows product in header.
And on hover user can directly go to checkout page, or can go to "Cart" page.

If you want to have extra feature then you can use any plugin.
